Ephesians 1:5 God was kind and decided that Christ would choose us to be God’s own adopted children. CEV
In this world, we are what we do and we receive what we perform. Our kindness is paid with kindness. Our performance is reciprocated by our wages. In short, we receive what we deserve.
Yet, God modeled kindness beyond the understanding of human mind. When we are suppose to be thrown in hell because we miss the mark, our Creator initiated a kind of love no one could ever matched. When our future is suppose to be an eternal separation from God because of Adam’s original disobedience, He provided redemption for us.
Our Father showed sincere and genuine love and kindness when He decided to give Jesus Christ to us. Jesus Christ became the perfect sacrifice, providing us a great exchange, and in Him we become God’s own adopted children, giving us the right to be children of God.
The wrath of God has been poured out to Jesus Christ that when we have made Jesus Christ the Lord over our life, our Father in Heaven begin to see Jesus Christ in us.
That’s why we can what the scripture says, we are the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus.
2 Corinthians 5:21 For He made Him who knew no sin [to be] sin for us, that we might become the righteousness of God in Him. NKJV
