I was texting people and told them that “Papa God Loves Them” and the outright response was, He loves you too. For some reason, this becomes a Christian slang or Christianese but when we ask people why they will just say, that’s just it. Everyone is saying it. I said the same thing as well way back. I threw it to people in my preaching opportunities but to be quite honest, I did not have a personal revelation of the Father’s love until last week.
I was just reading the Amplified Bible and it says in John 16:27 that For the Father Himself [tenderly] loves you because you have loved Me and have believed that I came out from the Father.
That’s the Father kind of love to me because I am In Jesus Christ. That’s love out of intimacy. That’s closeness. That’s love that seals the deal.
Yes, God loves the world that He sent His only begotten Son that whoever believes in Jesus will not perish but have eternal life. He gives mankind option of the kind of future they would like to be but the choice is up to you and me.
There’s a difference between knowing God as God and knowing God as the Father. It’s like knowing that the President loves the nation but to his kids he is a Daddy President.
The truth is, when you surrendered your life to Jesus and you believed in Him, adhered to Him and relied in Him, Jesus gives you the authority to call His Father your Father, our Father. And take note, the same kind of love that the Father has for His Son, Jesus Christ, is the same kind of love that He has for you and me.
We are loved by the Father because we believe in His Son. It’s because of the Lord Jesus Christ, the firstborn among many brethren.
What a beautiful Savior. What a Hero. What an Elder Brother. What a sacrificing Son Of God. What a mighty God. Because of the Lord Jesus Christ, we have a perfect Father in Heaven who tenderly loves us. Who is thinking about us. Who is concern about us. Who delights in giving good gifts to us, His children.
So when I say Papa God loves you, I am not just throwing a message away. That’s an intimate kind of love that I am praying each one will cherish day by day. That you are not just love by someone whom everyone calls God but that you are loved by a Mighty God whom you can call Papa because of the Lord Jesus Christ.
My question is this??
Did you just see God as God or did you experience HIM AS YOUR PAPA GOD??? If yes, Hallelujah. If not, then probably go back to the Bible, pray in tongues and allow the Holy Spirit to help have an intimacy with God.
Jesus Loves You🌻
